Yukiya Amano wants Iran to cooperate on nuclear inspections
IAEA chief renewed his call for Iran to provide “timely and proactive cooperation” in inspections that are part of the deal and meant to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

The head of the United Nations’ nuclear watchdog said Iran is slow when it comes to “complementary access” inspections.
IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano said today “timely and proactive cooperation by Iran in providing such access would facilitate implementation … and enhance confidence” while facing the agency’s board of governors in Austria.
Iran’s Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA, Reza Najafi, was present at the International Center.
